The following is a history of this 73-year-old
Caucasian male who presented with extreme pain
and discomfort.
Patient
presents his diabetic one oral medication, his
blood pressure on is 140/60, he has good appropriate
section, he has been sharpened all sensation.
He states that he exercises four to five times
a week for at least one hour at a time. He has
no known allergies, it isn’t generally good
health. The circulation is well within normal
limits he has a good DP and PT pulses bilaterally.
He states that his foot began to hurt them
some weeks ago and is continuously gotten worse.
He comments that he can hardly wear a shoe.
The pain is more severe in the evening, and
nothing that he has been taking at home seems
to help.
